1)     The spirit of A.A. Principles, Steps and Traditions should be adhered to on a continuing basis.

  a)     Anonymity must be preserved and protected.  

  b)     There should be no endorsement of, or affiliation with, non-A.A. entities (Tradition 6).

  c)     Autonomy should be respected.  A.A. Groups should decide for themselves what information they will  
          provide  on their website, as well as, the extent of their participation within the area website (Tradition 4).


2)     The home page will identify the website's focus on A.A.activity within AA WA District 46, making it clear we do

    not speak for other A.A.Groups or A.A., as a whole.  

3)     Copyrights and  registered trademarks must be respected and not infringed upon.


4)     Anonymous email addresses will be used for all AA WA District 46 participants.


5)     The following types of information are also approved for display on the website:

  a)  Addresses and telephone numbers for districts, intergroup, and central offices.

  b)  Event information for AA WA District 46 events, as well as, the events of other appropriate AA Groups that

       may be of interest to members of AA WA District 46.

 d)  The Events page Information on AA WA District 46 business  events will be provided directly to the

       webmaster,  in a timely manner.
